ISSUES FACED BY TENANTS IN HIGH-RISE STRATA RESIDENTIAL: CASE STUDY OF KLANG VALLEY

Recently, demand for high-rise residential has increased every year and shifted development patterns from vertical to horizontal development. Living in will require residents share common facilities resources. For that, a management body is known as Management Corporation (MC) or Joint Body (JMB) established. This responsible collect the service charge residents, well managing maintaining buildings property. However, review of literature found out gaps between MC responsibility residents’ satisfaction. Driven by study objectives, this focuses on exploring issues faced tenants living selected strata housing. Through questionnaire survey, responses are randomly collected analysed. A descriptive table, Relative Importance Index (RII) correlation test used analysis provide findings study.
